We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Current IT. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of technical support, helping our clients resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently. You’ll log, track, and manage support tickets while ensuring every interaction delivers a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Document incidents, solutions, and processes accurately.
Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support when required.
Proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in a help desk or service desk role.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or similar) are a plus.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for on-site support—installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems directly at our clients’ locations. You’ll combine technical know-how with excellent customer service to keep businesses running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, hardware failures, and system errors.
Perform site visits for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or emergency support.
Collaborate with the remote support team for escalations and project rollouts.
Document all work performed and ensure a smooth client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of IT support or field service experience.
Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
Strong diagnostic skills for both hardware and software issues.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus.

1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience.
